Kai celebrates the sale of ten million Shun knives with the Shun Kohen Anniversary Luxury set, limited to 6’000 pcs. The Kohen Anniversary Luxury set includes a chef's knife with a 20 cm blade and a universal knife with a 15 cm blade, made of uniquely patterned 72-layer dual-core Damascus steel with a hardness of 60 HRC.

The red and black pakka wood handle of the Shun Kohen Anniversary Luxury set is durable and comfortable to hold.
