With the care set with sharpener you have everything you need for professional knife care to hand: Step 1 of the care set with sharpener is used to pre-sharpen the blade and step 2 (polishing stone) is used to polish the cutting edge. To achieve a perfect grind of the knife blade, we have had fine polishing stones specially made in Japan. This sharpener is also suitable for sharpening our entire Japanese knife range.
The care set with sharpener contains also a macadamia oil. This organic quality oil provided with the care set with sharpener penetrates deep into the wood and thus offers perfect protection. To keep the wooden handles beautiful for a long time, they should be oiled 2 - 3 times a year.
The sknife care set and the sknife knife sharpener corresponding to the result of a 2’000 grit grinding stone are also available separately.
