The Shun Nagare utility knife has a blade forged out of 2 different steel-types (VG-10 & VG-2) with a hardness of 61 HRC. Thanks to the innovative forging process "Dualcore" the Nagare utility knife shows an asthaetic blade pattern.
The Nagare utility knife has an elegant handle made of grey Pakkawood, wich is water-resistant. The Nagare utility knife is a true kitchen-allrounder: with the blade-length of 15 cm it's usable for cutting most fruit and vegetables as well as raw meat and fish.
